I am now in my twentieth year of rod building. Over the years I have gained knowledge in form and function of the fishing rod and can assist customers in choosing the right components and proper blank for their application. As the years have gone by I have added skills and products. I turn all my handles for all types of rods. The mediums I work in are wood, both natural and stabilized, cork, and EVA foam. I also turn all spinning and fly reel seats as requested or can provide lesser cost "off the shelf seats and handles".
I also sell custom turned grips and seats to other builders who do not make these selves but desire the custom touch on a build project.

Regardless of the ascetic appearance of a rod the most important aspect is that it is of the best quality and performs as an exceptional piece of fishing equipment. Great care will be taken to put together the proper components and insure their fit and placement.
The greatest benefit in this craft is when you exceed the customers expectations and see the pleasure in their face or hear it in their voice upon receiving their new custom rod.
