As an accomplished business couple, Big Jim parterned with his better half Beverly & started Big Jim's in 1993. The Wing Shack has been in business for 20 years. Along with providing the public with the south's BEST wings, they pay it forward in the community. Big Jim, Beverly, & Staff provided breakfast to the volunteers in April 2011 for the Disaster Recovery & Clean up in Spalding, Lamar & Pike counties. Aside from the Breakfast provided, they also assisted in the clean up efforts. Big Jim and Beverly have heart & passion for this area.
