Our family has cooked on wood all my life. You can't beat a good piece of smoked meat. We have been making our own sauce since 1997 just because we were searching for a flavor we liked. It just turned out that a lot of people liked the sauce. We bought a huge smoker and started sharing our cooking with folks and people just started asking us to cook for them. We always cook our meats low and slow for that perfect hardwood smoked flavor. You can say that it's a hobby that has expanded into a small business. We enjoy putting out a quality product but better than that it's great to see people enjoy what you have worked so hard to prepare for them.
