Bill Pelfrey Jr. was born in Floyd County, and has resided here since attending college at Georgia Southern and earning his Bachelors Degree. He and his wife Teresa have been married for 44 years and have two children and four grandchildren who are absolutely WONDERFUL! He is a 25+ year member and Past Master of Shannon Lodge 100.

Bill spent over 40 years with World HI-FI, the family business which many residents of the community used as the “go-to” source for all things electronic, which later expanded into home furnishings and decor. While operating the business Bill earned the Small Business of the Year from the Rome/Floyd Chamber of Commerce. – No small achievement!
