Billy Vanilly Manhattan

billy vanilly™ opened in 2007 in Topeka and was Kansas' first cupcake store. Previously known as Daddy Cakes cupcakes, the store changed its name in early 2011. Originally named after the size of their largest cupcake, the store built its reputation on offering made from scratch cupcakes that are baked fresh daily. The name billy vanilly™ comes from one of our most popular cupcakes. White cake, vanilla buttercream with rainbow sprinkles and a cherry.

"We like to give our cupcakes fun names and make up little personalities to go along with them." says owner, Allyson Fiander. "The billy vanilly cupcake has been one of the most popular for years. We like to think of him as the all american boy next door. A high school football player who everybody likes!"
