Holland is a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor under the world renowned company Yoga Works, where she studied intensley for two months in Bali.
She also holds a Yoga Barre certification where she studied at Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills.
This passionate yogi has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years while working in the Marketing field. After 5 years she decided to leave the corporate world to focus on her Yoga practice while helping other busy professionals and yogis achieve their fitness goals.
Holland specializes in Vinyassa Flow Yoga, Relaxation, Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga, Group Yoga, and Mommy and Me Yoga.
Living in Los Angeles, Holland has gotten the opportunity to work with all types of clients from celebrities, parents, business professionals, to actors and actresses.
One of her favorite places to teach yoga is out in nature or by the ocean where her clients are able to connect with a deeper sense of well being and relaxation.
