Our mission is to provide a comprehensive care treatment plan to improve the quality of health through a multi-disciplinary approach of therapeutic treatment, pain reduction techniques and wellness programs. Monte Rommelman, MD is the director of the programs and uses treatments such as Trigger Point Injections, Epidural Injections, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Dietary Counseling to bring function back to peoples' lives. Kelly Faulkner, APRN and Mark Hammons, PT round out the care provided to support the plan that Dr. Rommelman develops for each patient.
