Emails are answered between 7am and 10pm everyday for non urgent medical questions. Providers do answer their emails in between patients throughout the day within 2 hours.
Providers rotate being the "on call email provider" so if you are unsure please call the office to find out who to email that day! Or if it is after hours please call the office and listen to the message to know who is on call that evening.
