When we first got into BBQ, it was just a hobby. As our friends tried and tested every attempt, we began to grow and refine our recipes. But when we began to sell our stuff, we had no idea how quickly it’d catch on. We began bathing our ribs in oak smoke and hickory, and while many have seen us at farmers markets, we decided to open up an old-fashioned take-out spot for people in town. Now folks from all around Central Florida come to take home (or have it catered) slabs of ribs, mouthwatering briskets, and our jalapeno poppers.
