A nautical-themed restaurant overlooking the Saginaw River has opened its doors in downtown Bay City.
The standard menu features many Sandwich (AKA "Seawich") and hand-pattied Burger options ranging from a lamb burger, to a nacho burger (The Spainard), to a BBQ burger (Barbosa), to a Po-Boy or Cubano Seawich, to a gooey, five-cheese grilled cheese, and even their own special peanut butter & jelly seawich with a twist!
The restaurant also has a unique take on steak cooking. The Rok grille is a stone slab heated to about 800 degrees. The steak is seared on both sides, placed on the seasoned Rok, then brought to your table on a plate. This unique experience allows guests to cook their sizzling steak to the exact temperature they desire, all while keeping their steak hot throughout the entire meal. Steak options range from sirloins to filet mignon. The restaurant also features seafood offerings including North Atlantic Cod, Fresh Fried Ocean Perch, Salmon, Yellow Fin Tuna, and a Lobster and Crab Baked Mac N' Cheese.
While the eatery has a full bar, it is also known for its focus on rum, featuring 60+ different rums! There are 16 craft beers on tap and your favorite domestics available in bottle. It also features homemade Bloody Mary's, Margaritas, and many other delicious cocktails (all featuring RUM of course!)
