Pole Dancing used to be a taboo and a mystery...The truth is that pole dancing combines aerobic, dance, yoga, core training, gymnastics, and requires a high level of fitness and self-awareness.

Black Velvet is a pole aerobic dance studio run by women. Through the sultry art of pole aerobic dancing classes we help women relieve stress from work/home, strengthen their body, lose excess weight, improve self image, and find the perfect balance between body and mind.

We specialize in small, intimate classes. Each class is limited to 10 students or less.

Every student gets their own pole in class.

Our poles are custom made in USA of the highest quality, they are permanently installed in our studio and can be used both as stationary or spinning.
