More about BlackBerry Inn Bed and Breakfast

The Blackberry Inn, near Yosemite National Park began as the quintessential American country farmhouse with a lovely wraparound porch and surrounded by national forest. It has now expanded to a total of ten bedrooms in two buildings. Hundreds of hummingbirds visit this conveniently located Yosemite bed and breakfast off Highway 120 in Buck Meadows, just 12 miles West of the Big Oak Flat park entrance. The inn lies on the most direct route to Yosemite National Park from the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.

The Inn offers gracious and welcoming accommodations with wrap-around-porches and tastefully designed rooms to enhance your comfort while visiting Yosemite National Park. Each room comes with a delicious breakfast, has quality, luxury 600+ thread count linens and is equipped with individual climate control, an ensuite sitting area with recliners, electric fire places and antiques. While the love of things past is apparent at the inn established in 1992, modern-day conveniences create a haven for guests and includes unexpected luxuries such as chocolate chip cookies baked fresh daily.

Each night's lodging in the main Blackberry building includes a full breakfast, family style at 8 a.m. in the dining room. If you choose to stay in the adjacent Ahwahnee Suites building, your breakfast will be delivered directly to your room , or you may dine Al Fresco on your private patio. Due to limited space in our dining room, only guests located in the main Blackberry Inn building will be served in the public area.

Yosemite National Park

Plunging waterfalls, stark granite, alpine lakes, pristine meadows, giant sequoia trees, and raging rivers--you'll find them all in Yosemite. From Yosemite Valley's famous waterfalls--three of which are among the tallest in the world--to the towering granite domes and glistening meadows of Tioga Pass, Yosemite is a place that can only be described in superlatives. At 1,200 square miles and 750,000 acres, the park is nearly the size of Rhode Island, and one of the most popular national parks in the United States.
