PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION- INCLUDING CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS AT THE BOTTOM:

Hello!! My name is Brittany, and here's a little about my self before hand, I have been working with animals for a few years and I am currently in school for animal behavior and training. I love all animals and they play a huge role in my life! I have dogs myself that are pet friendly. However, I have one Great Dane female who does take a little longer too warm up too outside dogs, rather then the average dog. Your animals get the best top of the line care, and love when in my home! Bring them too my home for your get away's for a warm home atmosphere while you are away! I own 10 acres that your animals can play on, My home is their home. I will have outdoor areas for them too be outside for short periods of time during the day for fresh air, potty time, and exercise ect, However, no dogs will EVER sleep outside at night or be left alone, I have indoor play pens for times when some dogs may not be as comfortable around other dogs.. Or for feeding time when some fur babies might be a little more protective of their food. I will walk them if needed/wanted on a leash and will be with them every step of the way! BLAIN'S PET GETAWAY & FOSTER- POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS: I do not require a meet and greet prior to your pet coming to visit, I would prefer too do the meet and greet after you're gone with my person who assists me, because then we will have no distracted pups. (However, your pet must be friendly with other dogs to be considered to come to Blain's Pet Getaway & Foster) Also because like stated above I have a dog who takes a little longer too adjust to outside dogs compared too the average dog. I do not believe animals should be crated unless I have too leave the home for short periods of time for things such as pick-ups/drop-offs for other clients, errands, or things of that sort or unless it's requested for whatever reason. But your pet will be crated in their own crate when I have too go away, My own personal dogs are crated when I have too go away as well. (Please keep in mind that crates may be used a little more often if dogs show aggression or unfriendliness at anytime to myself, other members of the house hold or especially other animals visiting Blain's Pet Getaway & Foster- FOR SAFETY MEASURES) I do not keep but one extra crate on hand because crates are a requirement too stay here at Blain's Pet Getaway & Foster. I do currently keep extra leashes and a few extra collars on hand in various sizes for times when needed.

I am pretty easy going as long as all requests, and rules are followed prior to the time of your boarding or care. Pets MUST be spayed/neutered unless under 6 months of age and proof of spay and neuter must be brought with you along with shot records. Things YOU MUST bring with your pet/s: Kennel, leash, collar, your pets brand of food, bowls, and spay/neuter and shot records. If these things are not brought and provided at drop-off, I do hold the right to refuse services, with no refund due too it being same day.. These policies and requirements are for the safety and well being of your pet.

Blain Pet Getaway & Foster's PAYMENT POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS:

Please be advised your payment is due 24-48 hours prior too your booking date. Depending on notice and date booked and how much time before your booking start date. If booked within of week- two weeks before you need care I will expect payment sooner meaning 48 hours before start of pet care. If 3 weeks or more then I don't usually expect payment until 24 hours before your start date and it depends on what is placed in your invoice via paypal. I ALWAYS put your due dates, and what your specific cancellation/refund policy, terms, and conditions are specifically in your invoice. (EVERYTHING IS WITHIN THE SAME TERMS AND POLICIES- DATES ECT ECT ARE JUST SPECIFIED)

However no matter what-this is the general protocol, if you should need too cancel you must cancel 24 hours BEFORE your payment due date or you will still be billed for 50% of your balance. Cancelling after payment due date or the day of your booking start date- results in being billed full price of service meaning there is NO REFUND. Only if you cancel 24 hours prior too your payment due date.
