Blaine is a home rule-class city in Lawrence County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 245 at the 2000 census.HistoryBlaine was originally settled and established as a local trade center by 1882. The post office has been in operation since at least May 10, 1828 (Neri Swetnam, postmaster).
