Here at Blast Fitness, we strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life. That’s why we have created such a wide array of different workout options for you. From a spin class at dawn to Zumba after the sun goes down, we give you all the choices you could possibly need or want in the studio. We also offer for child fitness classes and child with adult involvement classes.
We also believe in offering all of our members full access to all classes. That’s right. All of our classes come with your membership. That way you can change up your routine on a daily basis or stick to what you know and love. And, to top it off, our studio is open during convenient hours 6 days a week. Now, all you need to do is decide when it’s best for you to come and do your fitness thing!
