Shelia has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010 and believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her experience in nursing and massage to aid in the process. She combines her clinical experience as a nurse with massage therapy in order to provide her clients with an integrative approach in allowing the body to execute it’s own natural healing properties. She strongly believes in providing bodywork focused on pain relief, rehabilitation, relaxation, restoration and recovery for clients.
Shelia focuses on listening to the client to provide an individual therapeutic treatment plan to achieve the overall goal of wellbeing. She specializes in helping clients find relief from head, neck, shoulder, and back tension/pain by using deep tissue and myofascial techniques.
