Blissful Transition

Pregnancy and birth are hugely transformative life events that cause a significant shift in roles for all family members. Parenting is full of challenges, triumphs, and those, "What am I doing?" moments. After becoming a mother herself in 2015, Lindsey truly understands the value of perinatal support and the power of community. A good friend once told her, "It's not that you can't do it on your own. It's that you shouldn't have to."

Throughout her pregnancy (hello, nesting urges!) and her work as a doula, Lindsey sensed how lifestyle and organizational habits can affect a family's home environment, functionality, and overall level of happiness. Support from family and friends in the postpartum period was a tremendous help, but she needed to find a way to stay on top of things after The Fourth Trimester ended. It was then that she realized how much she'd like helping others in this specific way.

Lindsey is passionate about organizing and assisting others. In particular, she loves working with new and growing families. Lindsey's goal is to hold space for families while helping in practical and gentle ways. Her attention to detail, patience, and non-judgmental outlook can help you feel empowered as you find what works for you.
