Bloom Retreat

Bloom is a Wholeness Center for Women offering a warm, cozy space for you to unwind, practice yoga in an intimate setting, sweat it out in Sculpt classes, and pamper yourself with holistic spa and wellness services. All of our classes and services are laced with deep connection and a sense of community. It's like hanging out at your best friend's house where you can just show up as you are and know you are loved no matter what. It is a very personal experience, where everyone knows your name, and you feel seen.

Come early and stay late. We have a homey living room with hot tea and free wi-fi, where you can retreat, sink into a comfy sofa and get some work done before or after class. Bloom is your escape, where you can come to return to yourself, breathe, connect, and get fit.

Bloom is also Home of The Practice. The Practice is a 10-week experience of yoga and connection where we move our bodies to amazing music, dive deep into conversations with other women, and lift the veil of perfection in order to become more of who we truly are.
