Policies and Procedures

PAYMENT METHODS
All payments are made through Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to make payments.
Email Transfer to bludesigns27@gmail.com.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
50% deposit, 50% upon completion.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work can
commence. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once project is approved and before the final package is delivered/uploaded.
A deposit invoice is emailed to you at the
start of the project.

CANCELLATIONS
You can make cancellations at any time.
Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.

PROJECT REJECTIONS
We have the right to reject projects that we would be
uncomfortable working with (ie. pornography, offensive material, etc.). Or anything i deem inappropriate or against my morals.
You will be notified by email if your order will be cancelled and the reason for rejection.

*BluOnyx Graphic Design’s policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.

OUR PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio and our website, and additional portfolios in other websites and communication. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us, we reserve the right to use stock images where necessary.

REVISIONS
Small revisions can be made after we provide the initial mockup. If many revisions are required, an additional fee may apply, unless otherwise stated. You will be notified if this applies.


ABANDONED PROJECTS
A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full. If we have not heard from you and you contact us after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee of $35 will apply, in addition to the price quoted for the work.

By entering into a project with BluOnyx Graphic Design, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures.
