Blue Lion Fitness is a fitness community that brings motivated members of the Ann Arbor area into an intense environment to participate in a 1 hour long class. Classes are designed to resemble the off-season training regimen of a collegiate strength and conditioning program. Classes are designed and modified to both progress the beginner as well as challenge the expert. Each class includes a warm-up,core strengthening/joint mobility, strength/plyometric conditioning.
