Traditionally, non-profits have been dependent on philanthropy. Successful non-profit organizations are realizing that such dependence creates serious challenges as their organizations make long-term plans and commitments for their beneficiaries, but are often unable to meet these obligations due ot lack of funding. For this reason, BWBT is following through on a three-tiered strategy whereby we are striving to create multiple income streams:
1. Philanthropic income
2. Mission-related income
3. Non-mission related income
