We would love to hear what you have to say—however, we do ask that you please keep the following guidelines in mind as you’re interacting with us.

Please be polite and courteous when commenting on posts. Harassment, profanity, discrimination, or any other comments we deem to be derogatory in nature are grounds for removal. All comments made on Bluebonnet’s Facebook page need to stay on topic and relevant—we reserve the right to remove off-topic comments, spam or promotional postings.

Out of concern for your privacy, please do not post your account number, address, phone number or any other private information. If you are a Bluebonnet member with a question about your account, please call 800-842-7708 and a member service representative will be happy to assist you. Or, drop by a member service center near you. Locations and hours can be found at www.bluebonnet.coop.

Please do not report outages via Bluebonnet’s Facebook Fan page. In the event of an outage, please report it by calling our 24/7 outage number (800-949-4414) and crews will have your power restored as quickly and safely as possible.

Lastly, though our staff works hard to maintain our Facebook page daily, please keep in mind that our Facebook account is not monitored on a 24/7 basis (we need sleep, too!). You may not receive an immediate response, but we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to remove any content posted to Bluebonnet’s Facebook Fan page that violates any of these guidelines, or is deemed unnecessary or inappropriate by Bluebonnet’s social media team.
