Bluegrass Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine

I hold a Master’s degree of Science in traditional Chinese medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. I am a board - certified & licensed acupuncturist in Kentucky & California & am a Diplomat in Acupuncture (NCCAOM). I am a 200 RYT Certified Yoga Instructor & practicing yogi.

I have worked side by side with Western physicians and staff at San Diego Hospice, San Diego Cancer Center (UCSD Medical Center) and the Geriatric Clinic in downtown San Diego. Additionally I annually treated active duty and retired veterans during Stand Down San Diego.

Specifically, I can help with pain management, orthopedic issues, emotional and anxiety issues, digestive complaints, hormonal imbalance and so much more. I will additionally offer lifestyle & wellness ideas that you can use in everyday life.
