Blues Fired Pizza, formerly Pyro Pizza, is a mobile food truck found on the streets of St. Louis, MO. We use a wood-fired brick oven (built by owners, Steve and Tony) that cooks pizza in 2-3 min at 800*F. Offering 8" personal pizzas, salads, and beverages.
