Everyone will begin with Kenpo - Jiu Jitsu - and weapon defense training.
You will advance into hand and weapon forms along with the art of Kung Fu.
From your very first class you will learn stretching, strengthening, and conditioning techniques to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Everyone learns at their own unique pace. You will move forward as you are ready to do so and you will have the support of myself and all of your classmates. I invite you to come and train with us.
