We slow smoke our brisket & pork the West Texas way. Our ribs, chicken, sausage, ham, and turkey are smoked daily to perfection using hickory and mesquite. Bodacious BBQ of Louisiana boasts a wide range of barbecue and down-home Creole dishes. Daily specials (of limited quantities) such as Jambalaya, white beans-n-rice, red beans-n-rice, thick meaty western chili and Creole green beans are made fresh each morning and sell out by dinner.
