Body by Bogner personal training

I offer personal training at Atlantis Sports Clubs in Danvers and at people's homes. I train members and non-members at Atlantis. Bogner Corporate Wellness offers health and wellness services to small and large companies to help improve productivity, absenteeism, and employee's health. Services and classes include: core, yoga, pilates, boot camps, nutrition, strength training that can be located in a conference room, any open space, gym area, and outdoors! Before work, lunchtime, and after work classes are available.
