What makes Body by Craig different from other trainers is basically everything.

Potential is interesting, but performance is what matters in competition or just everyday life: training, nutrition, supplementation, mental acuity, emotional/spiritual grounding all functioning in sync at optimum levels, working within strict time deadlines. Body by Craig pulls all this together into one package individualized for each client at a realistic price.

At Body by Craig I train just plain folks along with athletes and serious competitors but I’m best known for my growing international reputation as a go-to performance trainer for pageant and swimsuit competitors and elite fitness models.

I not only train winners I identify and create them from scratch.

Clients pay me for results not just for my time. When you walk into my private gym you won’t see a lot of machines or equipment just the basics that are needed and nothing more. Everything is individualized and no two workouts are ever quite the same. There are no standardized routines or workouts of the day. Together we set defined goals and I pinpoint exactly what needs to be done in the moment and adjust your workouts accordingly so you continue to progress.

My client list is as private as my training methods are. My clients expect and demand a large degree of privacy and discretion so what happens in my gym stays in my gym. And clients even manage to have a little bit of fun along the way.
