At Body Extreme Fitness Center, we offer cardio machines, free weights, personal training, and a variety of group exercise and aerobic classes. Try any of our classes including yoga, Pilates, boot camp, Zumba, Body Blast, Fitness in Motion, core, and R.I.P.P.E.D.
When you join, you receive four, no-cost, sessions with a trainer to get oriented with our facility. Open 7 days a week, there’s never an excuse not to miss out on a workout.
