Body Image offers clients accountability, food journals and weekly weighs-ins in addition to a 45 min boot camp workout to assist in their health and fitness needs. No matter what your fitness level, Body Image Fitness is designed to challenge you to meet your weight loss goals beyond your greatest expectations.


Body Image offers more than 25 classes, 7 days a week, that is flexible for the entire family. Pre-adolescents and teens age 13 years- 17 years old can workout (under the supervision and approval of parent of legal guardian) to help fight the growing number of obese children.
