Body In Balance Pilates and Personal Training Studio is a fusion of fitness and wellness. Located in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, we are a private conditioning and wellness studio, as well as a personal weight training center. We’re here to help you reach your goals in a way that works for your body, and your life.

Body in Balance Pilates and Personal Training Studio specializes in one on one instruction for many of our client’s individual needs, with attention and direction. We also work in small groups for those with similar fitness goals, offering mat classes, stability training, and a variety of fun group fitness offerings.
