Steve’s high-intensity workouts appeal to a wide audience — from athletes wanting to improve performance to people simply wanting to tone and tighten. After a health evaluation and goal definition, he designs a short-term plan for each client, then continually monitors, re-evaluates and refines the client’s program as he or she progresses.
