Spinning: M,W,F-6 AM, T-5:30 PM, Sat-9 AM
HIIT: M,W,F-11.30 AM to 12:30 PM
Barre Fit Class: M-7 pm, W-5:30 pm, F-8:30 am
Veg Out Classes: Tuesdays-7 pm
6 Week Boot Camp: M,W-5:30 pm, T,Th-5 am As Scheduled
5 Week Boot Camp: M,T,TH-8:30 am As Scheduled
