Both owners, Melody Dale and Kristina Lewis, want nothing more than to inspire and positively change people's lives throughout the Humboldt community. Melody and Kristina hope to achieve this through the implementation of challenging and innovative personal training workouts, nutrition planning and education services as well as designing a personally tailored clean eating meal prep plan into their clients lives. This business is passionate about health and fitness and is operated by people who find great joy in sharing their knowledge with others and have been involved in the fitness industry for a number of years prior to the opening of this facility.
