BodyGoals is a lifestyle. It is a mindset.

It is a place where the good get better. A place where the damaged body becomes a pristine one. A place where the ordinary become out of the ordinary, and a place where the lazy go home.

This is the place where being uncomfortable is welcomed as it is the first step towards improvement. At Bodygoals we are experienced, we are knowledgeable, we are recognized as experts in what we do. We promote safe and effective training and services for all individuals regardless of background, age, special medical and/or physical conditions, and training experience.

Shortcuts are not taught here, but instead the capacity to learn to overcome adversity. Our atmosphere of persistent progress is maintained by choosing clients who have the ability to take accountability for themselves and their actions and move towards their specific goal.

A person's objective and resolve will determine the emphasis of their training, the quantity of training sessions per week, duration and fees. A person's time is valuable. With this being understood, continued non-compliance is not tolerated. Clients who are not moving towards their chosen goal will be asked to leave at the discretion of BodyGoals.

Bodygoals is not a program or a fad, but a process. We are a private, by appointment only facility, that leads by example and uses our ever-expanding knowledge and experience to attain goals. Clients receive both physical and mental support, as well as a better understanding of their body. We provide what the individual needs on an individual basis. We choose clients who see eye-to-eye with our attitude, and whose goals inspire us as well.
