Bokay Studio

We all have lasting visuals from our childhood, and poppies with paper petals and caterpillar stems, are the first of mine. I’ve always been grateful for the home my parents made, teaching me the love of nature and awareness of the beauty of flowers. Every step of the way from the first zinnia patch my mom helped me plant, to the pastel petunias that perfumed our summers on my grandma’s front porch, flowers made a lasting impression on me.

It was easy to choose Art and Horticulture as formal study, followed by many years of joyful work in floral design. Now, my dream to continue my work and share my passion in a workshop environment is coming true, in the beautiful historic Hyde Building at Bokay Studio.
