For over 25 years my focus has been to influence people to challenge their habitual ways of thinking and doing with the goal of being productive, effective, successful human beings. I've been successful in my work with people through consulting with for-profit and non-profit organizations coaching with individuals, facilitating workgroups and teams and educating through workshops and seminars.

Working with individuals and small groups, I coach and educate people to 'challenge' how they perceive their world, think and behave to get the results in life and work they desire. Together we examine where they're going in life by understanding and practicing the principles and techniques of a unique model called PlaceFraming. Practical and research-based, PlaceFraming identifies a step-by-step process for people to learn, adapt and bring the very best of themselves to the brave, brassy and bold work of being exceptionally human - whether at work or at life.

A definition of Exceptional? You're Exceptional when you strive to intentionally practice the brave, brassy, bold work of being human every day. When, through this work, your goal is to be above average, beyond ordinary and the exception to the expected. Exception humans know their purpose and make a positive difference in the world.
