The Bombay Woods Maintenance Corp is a Deed restricted community with 152 homes. The community sits on the east side of the Town of Smyrna with easy access to down town Dover and Route 1 north to Interstate 95 that will take you to Philly, New York and Baltimore. It is a quite community in which the homeowners take pride in their community and homes. The HOA has an operating board of directors of 5 officers. They are responsible for insuring the common areas of the community which includes a retention pond are properly maintained and that the HOA is properly insured. HOA dues are very low compared to other HOAs due to the board of directors manage the HOA on their own and do not hire and outside management firm. Many of the homeowners work in Wilmington which is about a 40 minute commute, beaches are about a 1 hour drive depending on traffic and time of year.
