Bone Builders is an innovative exercise program based on the collaborative work of international bestselling author Dr. Miriam Nelson and Tufts University, whose research has shown that moderate free-weight training performed at least twice a week for six months can improve strength, balance, and increase energy levels, while significantly increasing bone density. Participants also love the social atmosphere!
We are currently in the phase of acquiring spaces that are willing to donate scheduled blocks of classes . After we obtain the interest from all locations we will then begin the training process for instructors followed by designating each to their respective location per the demand obtained
Participants of all ages are happily providing $1 donations per class at all of the presently operating locations which helps to offset the costs associated.
