**Two week free trial for all new members! We welcome everyone to come and try us out!***
Classes are structured based on age. With each group comes a work out customizable to best fit ones physical and experience level. So please make sure to attend your specifed class. Please do not show up more than 15 minutes before your start time. Listed start time is when the work will start so please be warmed up and ready at the listed time. We added more start times so please come on time warm up and be ready to start the workout at specific start time.

PRICING

K-6th grade: $30 a month/$300 a year
7th-12th grade: $60 a month/$600 a year
Adults: $75 a month/$750 a year
Family: $150 a month

SCHEDULE

Hard start times are in effect July 15, 2016. Warm up must be complete prior to class start time. This will ensure effective directions on proper form and help our clients excel in their fitness regimen.

Gym opens at 4:45am for warm up and class start times are as follows:

Kid’s Class (Warm up is included in timeframe below.)

Power Phase

5:30pm – 7:00pm

Mandatory On Ramp Class will occur on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00am-11:00am. This is for anyone who is interested in joining but would like education on proper form and movements. This class will cover the fundamentals, technique, and gym procedures.

**Kids who are interested in joining will be directed to the Kid’s Class during the above scheduled times.**

Fees are due on the 5th of every month and will be prorated accordingly for new members.

After your two week free trial, a $10 drop in fee will be required.

Family Special: $150 for a household per month. (All family members living under one roof )

15 % discount for multi-children families, if parents decide to opt out of family membership.

10% discount for all public service employees.
