Nutrition counseling? Ofcourse! Nutrition is 80% of our whole weight loss goal, leaving only 20% with exercise. Nutrition is key!
Small groups? Yes! This is a full body workout, lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Flipping the tire, battle rope drills, rep challenges are some of the FUN ways you'd exercise during these group sessions.
