Bossier City Animal Control Volunteers - Hand In Paw

Hand In Paw is a 501(c)(3) group of Volunteers who work with Bossier City Animal Control to promote the adoption of animals surrendered to their facility. We assist with adoptions at the shelter and also at off-site locations such as PetSmart. Through fundraisers and donations we also assist with spaying/neutering and additional medical care of animals sheltered at BCAC. We conduct a low cost Rabies Clinic bi-annually for the community and have participated in providing shelter and care for animals evacuated during hurricanes beginning with Katrina in 2005.
