Botanicals was opened in 1991 in Birmingham Alabama by Dickey Baker. Having spent several years working with other plant and event companies in the Birmingham area Dickey decided it was time to go out on his own. Botanicals started mostly as a plant source but has evolved over the years as the market and needs changed into a high end decorative container and event accessory business. Dickey partners with the best floral designers and event/gala/wedding planners in the southeast to make your event everything you want and more. His work can be seen in many magazines from Southern Living to Alabama Weddings and TV commercials.
