Bottomless Pit

The Bottomless Pit Cooking Team is ready to kick off another wonderful year at the HLSR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BBQ COOKOFF! And it's not just another year - Bottomless Pit celebrates FORTY YEARS of good times, great BBQ and even better friendships in 2014 - and we look forward to having you join us.

We have a couple of new things in the works for the coming year:

We're moving...again! A prime location opened up, and we jumped on it. We'll send out a map with the donor packets, but know that it's on the front row, with more space and even closer to the Kirby entrance.
When you walk into the tent this year, you'll get to see our latest prized possession: a new BBQ trailer! We're excited to start cooking on it and have no doubt that it will allow us to better serve you and your guests.
