Boulder Movement Collective

We are dedicated to the study and practice of Movement (based largely on the Ido Portal method) by consistently showing up, being attentive to the teachers, the other students, and our own bodies during our sessions, asking questions, and by taking notes to track our progress.

The facility is an open floor plan, without the clutter of floor mounted rigs, as well as multiple areas for hanging on bars, rings and ropes. We squat often, and have high quality olympic lifting bars and plates. While having all of the tools necessary for a Movement practice, we keep it simple. High ceilings, a large amount of natural light and a beautifully designed interior space create a place that the community will feel proud to call home.

Our advice is show up ready to move, learn (bring notebooks), and humbled (we all check our egos at the door every time we walk in).
