Bourn & Koch, Inc.

Bourn & Koch, Inc. was founded in 1975 by Larry Bourn & Loyd Koch in Rockford, IL as a remanufacturer and retrofitter of Sundstrand machinery. Since then, they have become an innovator in the gear-manufacturing and machine tool industry.

In addition to continuing to build machines that provide useful solutions to companies such as Boeing, Chrysler and Lufkin, Bourn & Koch has acquired numerous American machine tool companies of yesteryear. They provide OEM support in the form of parts and field service for machine tools such as Bullard, DeVlieg, Mattison and American Tool Works.

Bourn & Koch currently occupies the renovated Rockford Machine Tool building on Kishwaukee Street in Rockford, IL. We continue the tradition of American ingenuity, manufacturing and machine tool building while supporting the machines that made American industry possible.
