At Bourque & Cole, we like to have most, if not all of the decisions regarding materials made prior to breaking ground. We can then provide a more accurate assessment for the completion of the project. It's essential to have a thorough discussion and clear understanding about the building time frame. It's also critical to maintain communication with the construction supervisor for the entire process, as they will be responsible for ensuring that the design, construction and finishing touches meet your expectations.

We will keep you apprised of the building process at regular intervals, and meet with you regularly to address any concerns or questions that may arise over the course of the building project. In some instances, we may ask you to do a walk-through to make sure the project is proceeding appropriately. Your feedback is essential to achieving the desired results.
