With over 20 years of knowledge in the trade, Brian Bourque, has the ability to help you achieve your goals to build your home! He previously owned an established construction business for over 10 years and worked as a licensed building official for the Town of Falmouth for several years. His experience brings a vast knowledge of the State Building Code and Town By-Laws.
His wife, Tariesa Reine, manages everything behind the scenes to help make the company run smoothly, including writing up proposals and estimates, social media, accounts receivable and payable! She previously worked for the Town of Falmouth in the Conservation Department for several years.
We always handle ourselves professionally, we work with some of the best architects and designers in town when it comes to bidding a project, and we know that you will be left amazed after the job is finished. We have helped various businesses get their building permits even when they were extremely challenging and have helped homeowners get their permits when they thought it wasn't possible!
