To enhance the quality of life for youth, with particular emphasis on members who live in urban communities of highly diverse cultures. The primary mission is to promote health, social, educational, vocational and character development for boys & girls ages 5-18 by building self-esteem, values and skills.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania have been serving the youth of Allegheny County for more than 100 years and have Clubs in nine neighborhoods. Services range from after school sports to its own charter high school. We currently serve more than 7,000 children and youth.
