Through (pure consciousness), (peace) can be attained and you will be in (union) with your truest, happiest self. Brahma Shanti Yoga was founded on this idea. This core principal with a goal to raise the frequency of our local community by bringing teachers to the studio that LOVE what they teach.

When you take a class here, you are experiencing it thought the eyes, the knowledge and the awareness of someone who truly loves and sees value in what they teach and genuinely want to share it with YOU.
